9:30 a.m. Start of the Biathlon – Bike 12.5 Miles and Run 5K
9:45 a.m. Start of Kids Fun Run

Award Ceremony immediately follows the event. Awards given to top 3 overall male / female, as well as top 3 in each age group.

Start at Southern Ocean County Hospital, down Route 72 West, right on Old Cedar Bridge Road, right on Co. Rd. #554 / West Bay Avenue, right on Nautilus Drive, right on Beacon Avenue, left to Finish Line

5K Route for Runners and Walkers: (click for map)
Start at Southern Ocean County Hospital left on Beacon, left on Barnacle, right on Forecastle, right on Mermaid, right on Outboard, left on Albatross, left on Atlantis, left on Mermaid, left on Forecastle, left on Barnacle, right on Beacon, right to Finish Line

Throughout the course, hydration, first aid, and radio communications will be readily available. Complimentary food and refreshments will be provided after the race for all participants.

Directions to Southern Ocean County Hospital

From the North:

Take the Garden State Parkway South to Exit 63 (Route 72 West) and follow sign to Route 72 West, At the end of the exit, make a right onto Recovery Rd. and follow to traffic light. At the Recovery Road traffic light, make a left onto Route 72 West. Hospital is located on right, just beyond the Nautilus Drive traffic light.

From the South:

Take the Garden State Parkway North to Exit 63 A (Route 72 West). Follow Route 72 West through second traffic light (Nautilus Drive). Main Hospital entrance and parking lot are just ahead on right.

From South Jersey/Philadelphia:

Take Route 70 East to Route 72. Follow Route 72 East into Stafford Township. Follow Route 72 East to Nautilus Drive, (you will see the Hospital on the left). Make a left onto Nautilus Drive. Proceed down Nautilus and make a left into the Hospital campus at the sign for Southern Ocean County Hospital.
